Your first visit
No appointment is needed. Walk in to either clinic any day from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and bring your photo ID and insurance card to speed up check-in. Calling ahead is optional; it simply helps us prepare for your arrival. Telemedicine visits work differently: call (661) 735-3041 to schedule one.
Insurance and payment
It’s likely that your insurer may or may not cover some or all of the cost associated with your treatment. Contact your health insurance plan directly with questions about what’s covered and what your co-pay amounts are for different services. For amounts not covered by insurance, we offer several convenient ways to pay, including:
